Shipping

• Shipping normally takes place in about 48 hours of your order with an exception of holiday and weekends.

• An email confirmation will be sent to you regarding the shipping detail.

Return

Customer may return items sold by Prosero.US for a full refund with the following conditions:

• No questions will be asked for returns.

• A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number is required for each return.

• Customer should request a RMA number within two weeks of the delivery of the merchandise by email or call us with the order number available in the email sent to Customer after the order was placed.

• A RMA number must be used within two weeks of its issuance.

• Returned item should be in new condition with original packaging (unopened).

• The customer should be responsible for the return shipping cost if the return is not a result of the mistake by Prosero.US. The shipping cost will be deducted from the amount of refund if the item was offered “free shipping”.

• Once the return has been received, a refund will be issued within 10 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.

Exchange

• Exchange is acceptable when the returned merchandise remains in new condition and unopen.

• Customer can request a RMA and place a new order for the correct merchandise to make an exchange. Customer should pay in full for the new order. The cancelled order will be refunded separately.

Cancellation

• Order cancellation is acceptable before the shipment.
